SICO SECRETARIAT and ORGANIZING SECRETARIAT –
Two distinct secretariats will be available to conference participants.
The Organizing Secretariat will be available to conference participants at T Hotel starting from 10.00 a.m. on 8 September 2019 and over the following days up until the end of the conference.
The SICO Secretariat is available to MEMBERS to answer membership queries, including checking and settling their membership fee. The SICO Secretariat will also be available signing up new memberships.
The SICO National Congress is free of charge to SICO MEMBERS up to date with their 2019 membership fees. However, they will still need to send their Conference registration form in order to register.

Membership fees, including 22% VAT
Registration for the XLII CONGRESS OF THE ITALIAN SOCIETY OF SURGICAL ONCOLOGY is mandatory and will entitle you to:
– Attend the scientific sessions on 8 SEPTEMBER/10 SEPTEMBER; receive a conference set; a light lunch and coffee breaks as planned; a certificate of attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The membership fee may be reimbursed only if the Organizing Secretariat is notified of the cancellation not later than 30 JUNE 2019.
At least two of the Presenters of the selected communications (as either oral presentations, posters or video ) should be members of the Italian Society of Oncological Surgery and up to date with the payment of the 2019 membership fee.

LUANA RICCA AWARD
SICO (the Italian Society of Surgical Oncology) will this year again honour the memory of the young surgeon Luana Ricca through a special award named after her, and which will be handed out during the annual congress.
During the Congress, the most important scientific event organised by SICO, held for the fourth time in Cagliari from 8 to 10 September 2019, the LUANA RICCA AWARD will be given to a participant under the age of 40 for best video or oral presentation on the theme of hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery.
Thanks to SICO and YOUNG SICO Committee with the generous collaboration of Prof Aldrighetti, national coordinator of the LIVER SICO ONCOTEAM, the youthful winner of this IVth edition will receive the possibility of registering for free at the next 2019-2020 course run by the Italian Group Of Minimal LiverSurgery – I GO MILS.
The amount of the grant is 5000 Euros.
